Shoes and socks play a vital role in sports and running
enhancement.
Diligently choose your shoes and socks you’re going to wearin the marathon. Shoes perfect for marathon and/or running should be light in weight while not overlooking the excellent support it gives. If you want to know if you’ll get along with your unfamiliar pair of shoes, run them for a ten mile or more at marathon pace. A good pair of shoes will not punish you feet with blisters or sore feet. If the shoes gave you a sign, it’s time to decide for another pair. If you’re comfortable with the shoes after series of running, buy another pair or two. An extra pair of shoes will give you the support you need during the training and the marathon or half marathon. An alternating wear
of shoes also lets them dry out for the next run.
